I oasis't started using Rogaine however--still doing my research--but both my dermatologist (who I saw for a different issue) and rheumatologist employ men's Rogaine on themselves. I uses the solution and the other uses cream. The one that uses the solution said she doesn't like the foam, that it leaves a stickiness. Both take beautiful heads of hair, are in their 30's/40's. I was so surprised to learn that they use Rogaine. They both said that when they starting time started to find a flake of thinning that they started using information technology. Who knew?

I read an article that said the ingredients are the same in the Men'south or Women's. Just difference is that the directions are different for the Women.
